Odyssey UK promo video packages are based on getting high quality moving image in front of potential customers. Budgets are tight in today’s corporate landscape so we have devised three packages  that should fit all options.  

PACKAGE ONE £6,950 +VAT

ONE, up to 5 minute filmed promo to an agreed brief to include, up to 4 hours filming with broadcast cameras, lighting and sound at one location in England, Editing will take place at our Exeter studios where voice over to an agreed script and royalty free music will be added to complete the production.

PACKAGE TWO £8,250 +VAT

ONE, up to 7 ½ minute filmed promo to an agreed brief to include, up to 6 hours filming with broadcast cameras, lighting and sound at one location in England, Editing will take place at our Exeter studios where voice over to an agreed script and royalty free music will be added to complete the production.

PACKAGE THREE £10,000 +VAT

ONE, up to 10 minute filmed promo to an agreed brief to include, up to 8 hours filming with broadcast cameras, lighting and sound at one location in England, Editing will take place at our Exeter studios where voice over to an agreed script and bespoke music will be added to complete the production

First, pick the package you'd like to start with, then give us a call, it’s as simple as that.  We are not a double glazing company who will plague and chase you.  Our role is to be there, by your side to work with you to produce a video which will aid in increasing awareness and sales.

CAN THE FILMING TAKE PLACE ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND?
Yes, our film crew can travel to anywhere in England, all travel costs are included.

HOW LONG WILL MY VIDEO TAKE TO PRODUCE?

Once your initial payment is received, the promo video will take on average 6-8 weeks to complete.

DO I HAVE THE CHOICE BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE VOICE OVER?
Yes, we have four male/female in house voice professionals to choose from.

IS THE MUSIC WRITTEN FOR OUR PROJECT?
Package 1 and 2 have royalty free music but package 3 has bespoke music which will be unique to your production.

CAN YOU WORK WITH DIFFERENT BUDGETS?

Of course. We can handle Promo video's ranging from £5,000 upwards. Call us to discuss your needs.
 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRODUCE OUR PROMO VIDEO?

We aim to complete productions within 6-8 weeks from receipt of first payment.

ONCE YOU'VE FINISHED MY VIDEO, CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES?

Once the initial edit is complete, the proof will be uploaded to web space for viewing and comment.  One set of changes can be made at no cost at this time but these must be supplied within 10 working days from supply of the initial complete edit.

WHAT FORMAT WILL MY VIDEO BE SUPPLIED IN?

We will provide you with one Master DVD and one Windows Media Video suitable for the web.

Terms and Conditions

1. All price exclude VAT.
2. Our payment terms are 50% in advance and the balance 50% on approval.
3. Odyssey UK will accept without prejudice, cancellation at its absolute discretion if received (In writing) after work has commenced and accepted by Odyssey UK, a fee will be due equivalent to 33% plus VAT of the total value of the contract, which shall become due 7 days from the date of acceptance of said cancellation .
